• Technical support: describe what you were doing, your Windows version and browser, and any exact error message. Do not send your music collection.
• Privacy request: use the subject line “Privacy request” and explain what you are asking about.
• Accessibility feedback: tell us which page or control caused difficulty and what assistive technology or input method you use, if relevant.
• Copyright or rights concern: identify the relevant page or file and explain the concern. Include contact details so it can be reviewed.

Do not email passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or private music files.

No public postal address or business-registration number is claimed on this site. This project identity does not replace any personal or business identity disclosure that may be required by a law applicable to a particular activity or market. The project currently offers a free download and player; it does not process payments or operate a marketplace.
